SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping policy of Kare-N B's Boutique is as follows:

1.Once the order is placed by invoice or cart it can be up to 48 hours to create the order. This doesn't include weekends. On weekends or holidays it can be up to 72 hours unless it is priority shipping. But I will ship out as soon as physically possible. If ordered before 2:30pm Monday thru Friday it may be shipped the day it's ordered. 

2.The package is weighed to determine the cost of the shipping. If I see that it will cost more by weighing then I will use "priority" envelope/box whichever is the cheapest.

3.If ordered on a Friday after 2:30pm, or on Saturday or Sunday the package will be shipped on Monday.

4.When Priority shipping is used it usually takes for 1-3 days to receive item. The usual rate for priority is $9.90 for a flat rate envelope. The medium priority box costs $15. Larger quantities will cost more and done on a case by case packaging.

5.When first-class mail is used it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your package. First class mail is usually $6.50 unless item weighs too much then usually extra $2.50 is required or more depending on the weight, Sometimes it is cheaper to ship priority than to ship per weight. 

RETURN POLICY

The return policy of Kare-N B/s Boutique is 2 parts as follows:

1. If you order from the website then it is returnable within 10days with the following stipulations.  The outfit must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as brand new in packaging as it is when you receive it. If you are dissatisfied with the item itself, please contact me and I will work with you to come to an agreement. At Kare-N B's Boutique I " Kare" about your experience with me and my boutique. For the return of the item it is the buyer that pays for the shipping back unless it is my fault, such as I send the incorrect size, I will pay for the shipping back to Kare-N B's Boutique.

2. If it is a "PREORDER" or "Custom" order then it is nonrefundable, as it is made specific for your child. NO exceptions will be made.
